Terms and Conditions of Sale – Cantine Vida

1. General Information

This website www.cantinevida.com (hereinafter the “Website”) is owned by “VIDA Azienda Agricola di Tirrito Elio” (also referred to as “Cantine Vida”), with registered office at Via Sant’Antonio, 4 – 14040 Mongardino, VAT No. 13118710014. Use of the Website and the purchase of products imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

The products offered on the Website are wines produced and/or distributed by Cantine Vida. Images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only: any variations do not affect the quality of the product.

3. Prices

All prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the time of the order.

4. Orders

The sales contract is deemed concluded when Cantine Vida sends the order confirmation by email to the address provided by the customer.
The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors under 18 years of age is prohibited: by placing an order, the user declares that they are of legal age.

5. Payments

The accepted payment methods are indicated on the Website (e.g. credit card, PayPal, bank transfer). All transactions are processed through secure and certified systems.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipments are made via courier to the address indicated by the customer. Delivery times vary depending on the destination (on average 2–5 working days within Italy). Any delays not attributable to Cantine Vida do not entitle the customer to compensation.
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon delivery.

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery, without any obligation to provide a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send written notice to Cantine Vida via email at info@cantinevida.com . Products must be returned intact, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Cantine Vida will refund the amount within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.

8. Warranties

Cantine Vida guarantees that the products sold comply with applicable regulations. In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, the customer is entitled to a replacement or a refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cantine Vida shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or service interruptions resulting from the use of the Website or the inability to use it.

10. Privacy and Cookies

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court shall be the consumer’s court, where applicable under the law, or alternatively the Court of Asti.
